I LOVE ZANA BAYNE

I'm absolutely in love with Zana Bayne. Not only I have the same addiction to black and leather as she does, but I just generally adore her style and designs. Can't wait for my salary to come so I can buy Pentagram Harness. I've been looking at it on the website for more than a year, finally IT'S GOING TO BE MINE!

Worn by fab Chloe Sevigny.

Poisoned

I've been food poisoned for a few days now, not very inspiring condition, so the only thing I could possibly share is Martin Creed's "Sick film" that he made in 2006. Careful, it's actually S.I.C.K.!

Maya myth

I absolutely love BEVEL jewellery. It's a great brand with very deep philosophy that explains everything: from its name to concept and inspiration. It's always nice to find out that a creator/designer is intelligent and broad-minded enough to explore the world and think far above the limits of the fashion industry.

The last collection is called BALL GAME. It was inspired by the oldest Maya myth, which is based on the story of the Hero Twins, who travelled into Xibalba (underworld) in order to take vengeance on the Death Gods.

Here are some of my favourite items:

I'm taking this medicine with a lot of caffein in it, so now I can't sleep and stay calm for even a few minutes. I feel like moshing today...but not crazy moshing, just a bit of garage punk fun.

Thierry Mugler's ladies

After I completely fell in love with Thierry Mugler's menswear collection during Paris Fashion Week in January, it became quite obvious for me that Paris always presented the most spectacular fashion shows. But I wasn't so sure about that till yesterday, when Mugler's creative director Nicola Formichetti absolutely blew my mind with his new womenswear collection. It was just incredible and this is beyond question. Lady Gaga was one of the models on the catwalk, and, of course, I can't not mention him - Rick Genest (Zombie Boy). I guess both of them are Formichetti's muses forever, that is why Rick returned to Paris again, but now for the womenswear catwalk.

Here is the catwalk show:

Btw, Lady Gaga presented her new video "Born This Way" starring Rick Genest, which I'm not sure how to comment yet, because either Gaga is too cool for pop music, or Rick -  not so cool for punks. But maybe it's just me being very subjective and silly:) I enjoyed it anyway.

I'm on Fire

While I'm dealing with my essays, deadlines and work, take a look at one of my favorite bands:)

Charlie's slaughter house

Although I was going to write about each day of LFW, after the second day I couldn't find any outfit I truly loved. That's why I decided to write about Charlie Le Mindu. This guy is amazing, completely mental. He learned how to sew through Youtube videos, and used his hairdressing skills to create what he creates now - chaotic, artistic and pointless shit. But I love it. I mean, no one, apart from Lady Gaga and drag queens, could wear his clothes...people just normally don't have such eventful lives, that would ever give them the chance to even try his stuff on. But it doesn't really matter, because his catwalks are like waterfalls of emotions, ideology, and action. It's less about designing - more about art.

For Autumn/Winter 2011/2012, Charlie, as usual, created a lot of provocative looks with blood and nudity. The sound of squealing pigs was the main soundtrack of the show. So thrilling! Once again. skirts, dresses, and all other "furry" garments were made out of human hair. Add some PVC clothes, laces, military hats and great styling from Anna Trevelyan, and there you have it. All this from a person who used to do your hair. Genius, genius Charlie Le Mindu.
